Explore one of Florida's most scenic waterways from a 100% clear kayak! Grab your window seat to a view like no other with the opportunity to hopefully spot a manatee or two or even 30 on our coldest mornings during manatee season! We foster a commitment to education, stewardship and responsible ecotourism so learn about manatees from our team of Guardian Guides, the only company on the Weeki Wachee River certified by Save the Manatees Club!

Riding in a clear kayak has the advantage of greater visibility of manatees and their underwater world! These large aquatic mammals call the Weeki Wachee River + surrounding waterways home all year long but during cooler months more manatees use the Weeki Wachee and surrounding waterways as their warm water winter habitat (November 14-March 31st).

Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Vinny, our guide was very helpful. We actually got to see 3 manatees, and his knowledge of them was very impressive. He made sure we had a great time!

This was a very wonderful and strange experience! It was difficult to row for the first time. Gary (tour guide) is very nice，thanks for his patient help! The scenery along the river is beautiful, and the Gary’s enthusiasm and explanation add to the meaning of the journey! I'm lucky to see a manatee, but because it's cloudy, the river can't be very clear, it is pity! Looking forward to coming again!

Loved out trip. Even though we didn’t see a manatee, it was great! Jessica was an awesome tour guide! We learned a lot about the local animals and plants.
