Wanting a sunshine-filled break following a long conference in Anaheim, but not having a lot of time to have one led us to book a tour with Anaheim Tour Company. Having booked a month ahead of the trip, we were aware that if the tour did not book a certain number of people, it could be cancelled. A completely understandable policy. However, even when the tour failed to fill, Tom bent over backwards to honor the reservation. He arrived bright and early in front of our hotel in Anaheim and we were off for a day of beaches. At the Newport stop, Tom had coordinated with Nick at East Meets West Excursions (Nick is wonderful!) so that we were able to enjoy an afternoon filled with dolphins and a beautiful humpback whale. At the end of the day, we were dropped back off in front of our hotel happy and exhausted.

Grace, Thank you. I don't mind "saddling up" and driving a tour when we don't reach our minimums when I'm available and so, I'm happy it worked out. I'm also thrilled you liked Captain Nick of East Meets West. Going out and seeing all those dolphins up close on a little tiny boat is something that is just amazing! This was an amazing tour. Brooke our guide was so informative and a breathe of fresh air. The three beaches we viewed were delightful. The whale waching boat was clean, entertaiing and we saw a lot of dolphins which were a delight.

I booked this tour with a group of 9 from 10 months to senior adults. Everyone in our party had a wonderful experience. Our driver was wonderful. He gave us a lot of local information. The whale and dolphin watching captain and crew went out of their way to make sure we saw dolphins and tried to catch up to a blue whale. I would book another tour with this company in a heartbeat.

Elizabeth, It's sometimes tough to make sure everyone in such a large group enjoys their tour but the nice thing is, we made all these tours, ourselves. The things we do can be imitated by others but we are the originators of so many great adventures here and I think we do them best. The idea for creating each tour is: "what if our family were visiting?" That's what we try to create for each guest - we want them to see things they wouldn't see with anyone else and feel like it was created just for them.
