Your adrenalin will be pumping when you captain a four- or six-passenger Zodiac, a rigid-hulled inflatable boat offering speed and agility. The adventure begins with a tour by van through historic downtown Ketchikan. Look out the windows as your scenic drive travels past totem poles, Saxman Native Village, and the beautiful coastline of the Tongass Narrows to the Beaver Falls Salmon Cannery. Upon arrival, breathe in the fresh air as you walk the mystical rainforest trail to the Zodiac. After a safety briefing, you’ll bundle up in rain gear, rubber boots and a life jacket, step inside the sturdy Zodiac and follow your guide out to the beautiful George Inlet Fjords. Soak up the pristine scenery, and marvel at the rich wildlife. After cruising for 90 minutes, you’ll return to the cannery for a complimentary flight of 49th state craft beers or sodas and a snack!

The trip on the water was great. Saw some amazing wildlife and loved the boat ride and being able to drive. Emily did a great job as the tour guide.

This adventure was amazing. Brandon, our guide, was informative and made the whole thing a blast. He taught us how to use the boats and took us all over the bay. Even fed a bald Eagle, Walter, and saw him snatch a fish from the water. Highly recommend this to anyone making their way to Ketchikan.
