The crew was fantastic!! Captain Nicholas was very personable and informative. The deck hands kept our drinks full and was very entertaining. We didn’t have much of a Sunset but the atmosphere and boat ride was so relaxing and fun.

I was not happy that they did not allow the option to cancel. It was raining on and off and they hoped themselves that it would not .. they knew it was. They decided to sail any way and it did rain. They sailed 15 minutes late and returned at the scheduled time which means we were shorted 15 min. They should have offered to cancel as an option. The captain captain could speak as he had been difficult to hear the history part of the tour He should have a megaphone type thing to be able to hear him.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the less-than-ideal experience due to the weather conditions and for the inconvenience caused by the delayed departure. While we always aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable tour, we understand that the rain and the delay affected your overall experience. Your suggestion about offering a cancellation option is valuable, and we will review our policies to improve flexibility for our guests in such situations. Regarding the captain's narration, this trip is not advertised as narrated tour. Our Captains and Crew are knowledgeable about the area and are happy to share their knowledge. However, we feel that having our captain barking out historical and local knowledge through a megaphone would severely take away from laid back relaxing atmosphere that we try and provide. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future for a more enjoyable experience.
