Great day shopping here, plenty of bargains to be had from the different stores. Booked as part of a coach trip, so recieved a booklet full of offers, however, never used any of them as the amounts to be spent in stores before being able to recieve a discount was a bit more than we needed to spend in each store. Food court in the middle has lots of different types of food on offer in a lovely air conditioned room with plenty of seating and restrooms if needed. The shops are spread out over a large area, and allocated in to different sections. There are plenty of park maps to use to keep track of where you are going. There are also lockers available to keep your shopping in if you end up buying too much. The buses leave from port authority and it takes about an hour and a half outside of Manhatten to get there. The bus drops you off right outside the shopping centre and picks up back in the same place. Bus queues get busy quickly so its advised by the driver to get back on the bus around 3pm, to avoid the queues. Great for shopping though, would recommend.

We got dropped off along the interstate upon arrival, and then didn’t get picked up at the scheduled time. Stood in the pouring rain for 30 minutes. Called about the situation and was hung up on twice. Do not recommend this to any one. You can go to the public transport place where you have to meet the bus anyway and buy a ticket there for half the price. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE TOUR TRIP!!!!!!!!!!

we order this trip as we could adjust return as we pleased. Driver to Woodbury showed great spirit and eas helpful and informativ. We brough a suggested suitcase (VERY SMART) and stayed all day, though due to weather though we should not wait till latest departure. Smart again....went 30min b4 bus at 8pm ish, and the line was allready crazy. It was raining so rude People tried to push the line to get under roof. First bus filled up imidiatly, and we were glad we had our spot as line was now crazy long. Luckely they sent earlier busses so we did not have to wait another hour. Should be a line-order-system!! Even so - well back in NYC heavy loaded with our shopping we ended the day with big smiles - even if cold.
