The hunt was called off about 30 minutes into it if that , on the account of bad storms. When called the lady about our refund I was offered another hunt date. Of which we could not do we was only in town for 1 night. So i was told she would try to refund two thirds of amount paid because we did stand and talk at the flag pole then run for cover from the rain got soaked to stand for 10 mins to walk 50foot and decide to call it off and return to our cars thank you and contact the lady about our refund of which she will try to refund some of our money. So what do you think would you recommend to anyone I think not

I am sorry you are put out that we refunded 2/3 of your money. I was told that the hunt went on for 30 of the 90 minutes scheduled, and not a single person, including you, said anything different. I always tell guests they have a choice, when we have to call off a tour or hunt part way through due to weather, of either rescheduling the whole thing, or getting a refund of the unused portion of the tour or hunt. We also allow guests to cancel with a full refund up to 2 hours prior to the event, so those concerned about the weather also have that option. I wish I had control over the weather so that we never had to call them off, but alas, so far I have not been able to manage that. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip.

There was plenty of equipment to use. We also got educated on what it does and how to use it. We were able to take pictures and go on our own path as long as we stayed close to the group. We all loved the experience!

Thanks so much for joining us! I try to make sure we have a variety of equipment, so everyone gets a chance to sample something new, even if they have used equipment before. We've had some really cool results with our latest new piece, the thermal imager. And since our groups are all 18+ on the hunt, we can give them a little more freedom to explore than usual. We had a great time with you!

I wish I could give this MORE than 5 stars! Our guide was Dale.. & we couldn’t have been more pleased! He really went into detail about some incredible & fascinating stories around the UTC campus and made the cemetery hunt even more thrilling! I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates this type of stuff. We’ve used Chattanooga Ghost tours before, both the tour and just last night, the hunt. Both were thrilling! But Dale made it an A+ night!! They’re definitely the best out there! I can’t wait to examine all the photos I took.. will upload more when I can!
