My families wad 3 young adults and the instructor was awesome. He was knowledgeable and made the feel safe and at the same time excited. Check in personal was friendly and very approachable. Actually all the team that we came in contact with displayed this behavior.

My husband and I took 2 semi private surfing sessions with Ivan during our one week vacation to Oahu. We have had a couple lessons before, but we really liked Ivan’s approach. He doesn’t over-complicate things, we were both up on our boards in no time. By the second lesson, we both had some great long rides. Ivan is super easy going and positive, the no stress lesson!! I highly recommend Ivan and Hook Up Surfing.
