My husband & two boys rented for an hour. They had fun on the inter-coastal however, paid the additional money for their jet skis to go in reverse and higher speed. But when my husband got on his then found out the reverse didn’t work & it’s been broken for sometime.
Company has no problem keeping the $300 deposit for a small mark on the jet ski due to my husband couldn’t reverse (since it was broken) when my son was getting close to figure out what time it was.. not saying shouldn’t charge but not the whole $300 deposit & you know the bump isn’t going to get fixed since these machines are used to the ground.
It was very confusing on their waiver forms too so, make sure you complete them all thoroughly including the person making the payment.
Staff who answers the phone was very nice and friendly.. and very helpful to questions.
However, Shalee (?) might of spelled incorrectly was not too friendly
Also, since we did the Segway tour earlier that day through same company we were suppose to get a discount - so be careful! Solomon who did our Segway tour even mentioned it to us

Good point - they had a good time & thought being on the inter-coastal was good riding but glad not many yachts out on the water
