We couldnt go for our christmas lights tour, which we had prepaid for, due to a personal emergency. Reached out to owner approx 3 hrs before the ride, to inform and request for refund, but we were rudely and unprofessionally brushed off and no refunds were given, inspite of no services rendered . I understand that there are processes to be followed, but im pretty sure one time exceptions can be made in case of emergencies like ours.

As stated when you texted me, I’m truly sorry that you had a family emergency right before your scheduled tour was to begin. No one wants upsetting news when they are away from home. I sincerely hope all is well there.
When I spoke with you that day, I explained that a 3 hour notice could not be refunded as our refund policy is plainly stated in the booking platform. I further explained that we had drivers hired and shifts assigned to drivers. You are more than welcome to move it over to a different tour at a different time, but you didn’t afford me the opportunity to offer it to you.
I'm disappointed that you felt you needed to go to a public review site to share your experience.
