Great way to spend a morning/afternoon. Reasonably priced compared to other zips and friendly professional service. Obviously safety is paramount so bear with the staff who are only making sure you have a good time and don’t get hurt. You get 10 zips, including a couple of nursery zips to get you started. Try and avoid peak times, weekends, holidays etc, we went midweek in the morning, only one other couple so didn’t have to wait around too long between zips, if you’re stuck in a party of 10 it may get a bit of a drag waiting. Wear sensible clothing as you have to don a harness and hard hat, cameras not really recommended but go pro would be fine.

This was the most fun I have had in a long time! My daughter (27 years) and I had prepaid for the zip line/ropes course package, and the fine print stated there were no refunds; only rescheduling. Well, we are from the MS Gulf Coast, and there would be no rescheduling. As you would guess, it was drizzling or raining the entire time we were in Hot Springs, so, we zipped in the drizzling rain! It was fun! They would have closed it for lightning, but that wasn’t a problem. We both had a blast. The guides were professional, very informative and quite funny! Then came the ropes course, 45 feet in the air and comprised of 3 levels (green, blue, and black). I had already decided I was doing the course, rain or shine, as I had paid and I’m a bit of an adventurous soul anyway. We did all three levels and it was indeed a challenge, especially the black level, rain making it a bit more of a feat, but it was an awesome experience as well! What a work out! Our thighs, core and arms felt the burn at the end. It’s a pretty good adrenaline boost! Our guide, Austin, was phenomenal! He explained each course very well, giving a few pointers and lots of encouragement during each obstacle challenge. He even “fell” for us to show us that our tethers would do their job, and yep, the tether works well!! Thankfully, neither my daughter nor I had to test the strength of the tether though, surprisingly so! Safety was stressed and enforced throughout the entire zip line/ropes course adventure. We felt very safe. I would recommend this to anyone with the slightest bit of adventure in your blood! You will not regret it! If we are ever up that way again, we will be back!
