The river was so low due to the lack of rain recently that we anticipated a rather muted experience. Despite the less than thrilling rapids, we had an amazing time, largely due to our exceptional guide, Aaron. Aaron was knowledgeable, humorous, thoughtful and professional. We had a great morning. The entire crew was very welcoming. Would like to mention Jenna and Carlise in the ticket booth. They were fun, courteous and gave us some wonderful tips about Durango's restaurants, shops and other fun activities. This company hires the best. All four of us truly enjoyed the experience.
