Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs. A reachable phone number is required for safety and communication.
Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.

Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

The overall trip was great! The tour guide was excellent and made sure everyone was taken care off. It’s a great way to experience Niagara.

The views were amazing, going to Nigara Falls was astonishing. However, the tour itself felt rushed instead of a vacation. The tour guide Karen was okay at best, she was patient and kind when talking to us however she seems to be rushing us to go and come back on time in time. Although I dont blame it because it was a 2 day trip but this is a kind of atrocious to be honest. Last but not least, I dont like the fact that u have to pay extra for which you have to go in the middle of the tour. Should have included before you started going.

Please note that the stops at the attractions were managed according to the itinerary listed on the website. All of our fees are publicly and clearly disclosed on our website to ensure guests clearly understand the full cost of their trip. We were determined not to charge anything extra and everything was done at the prices posted on the website. In addition, during the tour, the guide will give each guest a detailed explanation and clearly explain all the relevant fees. We sincerely appreciate your patience and kind support.

Overall ok trip. They cover all the places but not enough time to take pictures etc. I guess that’s expected when you are traveling with a big group. Accommodation is at a motel red roof inn and will usually they charge $24 extra for the whole trip on top of actual charge as a convenience fee. I would say book it if you can’t drive or new to the city. Also you have to pay entry fee for places to your tour guide upfront so they book it altogether for boat rides and everything.
