Started ride late because another guest by the name of Casey showed up late. She hadn’t ridden a bike in 10 years and was unprepared for the ride in her overalls and keds shoes. We rode slow on a compromised ride with no less than 10 stops. It was terribly disappointing. Guide should have started without her. I would not do this again.

Stephen- You booked your tour on October 5. High was 108°. I offered you, your guest and the other couple to go out earlier. Both declined. Yes! I made/make stops to ensure proper hydration. We stop for pictures. This is a tour, not an electric mountain bike rental. Also, why didn’t you talk to me after the tour? Although, she was able to complete the easy route and she passed my professional evaluation. I do see your frustration. However: As a guide, that’s a slippery slope telling somebody they can or cannot go on the tour. It’s hard. I have to do it often. I’m just as upset. Your boredom was my anxiety. 😬 In conclusion: Folks don’t show up thinking you’re Travis Pastrana. Slow it down Lance! It’s a tour. We offer private tours, if you wanna kick it up a notch. Also, don’t show up and mention you haven’t been on a bike since your crash when you were 12. I can’t remember the last time. It’s been 10 + years. Yikes!! Don’t show up in blue jeans and cowboy boots. No high heels or flip-flops. You must know how to ride a bike. All Basic Bike Skills Required. Breaking, Balancing Peddling and Shifting of Gears. You must navigate obstacles. Up Down Left Right .

It was a hot one but worth it! Brandon was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and patient. A very beautiful ride! If the sunset ride was available we would have done that one. That would have been amazing🏜 I am not a mountain biker and I had a blast🙌

Brandon is amazing. He will ensure you are comfortable will all aspects of the activity. Great bikes, great trails, first time on e-bikes and will make it a regular activity!
