Our tour guide who was not in Virginia said it was raining in Arlington National Cemetery. We arrived at Arlington National Cemetery. It was not raining. I called the tour guide. She cancelled the tour. I am trying to figure out how to get a refund.

Nur Gray was our guide and he was excellent! His knowledge was amazing. My husband, son and I talked about how much better our experience was doing the walking tour with the guide in a small group. I highly recommend him and this experience!

The guide never showed up. I don’t know why I’m being asked to give a review when I should be getting a refund that I submitted for.
