Not only will you be introduced to the great birding and wildlife in the area by your naturalists guide, you will also learn about the eco-systems, it rich heritage and long history.
Our tours are never "canned", so each tour is different. The area's wildlife move around in order to exist in their world and so must we. Many species are seasonal and inhabit different areas in different environmental conditions, so too, we must be able to adapt. Bring your cameras, binoculars, snacks, favorite drinks, hats, sunglasses and have a great time!!

Visit an uninhabited barrier island beach to collect shells, sand dollars and other treasures!

Note: June through October, we suggest the morning experiences due to the weather.

Spotted dolphins feeding at the onset of the trip. Bird sightings along the way with various explanations. Shelling on a sand bar was just enough time. Captain and first mate very accommodating. All in all a nice two hour excursion.,

Joe and Whitney were our guides yesterday. Joe has a tremendous knowledge of the waters and surroundings. It was fascinating listening to the stories about the area. Whitney was very gracious to everyone. We saw a number of very active dolphins right near the boat which was so fun to watch and everyone came away with a bunch of beautiful shells! I would highly recommend this tour!

My sister and I decided to book a last minute excursion via Viator that would get us out onto the water. We couldn't have picked a better tour operator - not only are they very reasonable priced, but they have some super incredible staff. Since another party didn't show up, my sister and I actually had the boat and guides all to ourselves which was pretty neat. We went out with Joe and Kate - both of whom were so fun, knowledgeable and kept us safe. They knew just where to stop to see dolphins, pointed out the different kinds of birds native to the area, taught us about the mangroves & everglades and took us to a stunning sandbar in the middle of the ocean where we had a field day collecting shells. Highly recommend the experience to anyone looking just to get on the water, spend a day in the sun and see the most amazing seashells!
