Not only will you be introduced to the great birding and wildlife in the area by your naturalists guide, you will also learn about the eco-systems, it rich heritage and long history.
Our tours are never "canned", so each tour is different. The area's wildlife move around in order to exist in their world and so must we. Many species are seasonal and inhabit different areas in different environmental conditions, so too, we must be able to adapt. Bring your cameras, binoculars, snacks, favorite drinks, hats, sunglasses and have a great time!!

Visit an uninhabited barrier island beach to collect shells, sand dollars and other treasures!

Note: June through October, we suggest the morning experiences due to the weather.

The boat ride was decent, but it was expensive. We saw some dolphin fins, but not overly dolphin focused. 45 mins of trip was spent on an island.

This is a Dolphin, Birding AND Shelling Tour. While searching fir dolphins, manatees, wading birds, shorebirds, raptors, etc., guests learn about the history and culture of the area, as well as, the ecosystems. Then on an uninhabited island, guests explore the island where they can collect shects and other treasures.

My wife and daughter (4) had an amazing time with Captain Jamie today! She explained everything in ways that were accessible to the adults and kids in the group. She went out of her way to make sure she got us where we needed to be to see dolphins. It was just a really fun group. I wasn’t sure it would keep my 4 year olds attention but it really did!

The boat ride was fun. Joe was really knowledgeable and very interesting to listen to. We saw dolphins and went shelling. He made it really fun. The shelling could have been a little shorter. It was 45 minutes. 25 -30 would have been perfect. Not the drivers fault but it would have been nice to have had the canopy up for some shade as the sun was very hot especially while waiting for the others to come back after shelling. Those were just minor fixable things. Overall , would recommend this tour a lot.
