Great people. The air conditioning was just a fan. The tour guide was knowledgeable but he used a narrator monologue technique, speaking to fast that was really difficult to follow. I do not recommend this.

Thank you for your review. Thank you for kind words about our employees. Each Licensed Battlefield Guide has a unique presentation style. So to speak a little fast, as it is a daunting task to cover the battle in only two hours. If you consider joining us for another tour, we can match you with a guide that is more animated. We do have air conditioners on the buses. Unfortunately is is a constant struggle to find the correct temperature to please all of the guests. Please accept our apologies that you did not have an enjoyable experience.

Narrator was very good but the bus was hot. The a/c was not working well and the day was hot. Quite uncomfortable.
