A fun and informative experience! Very patient with teaching how to ride the Segway (very simple) and we went farther than anticipated. I would recommend this for sure! Thanks, Jeff!

Nothing we didn’t get to go due to weather and now they will not refund my money for something we could not control. Don’t do it!

We issued a full refund the day of the cancellation. Viator refunds do take several business days to reflect but I assure you, your refund was processed by us that same day; we always refund due to inclement weather. Would be bad practice if we didn’t.

We reached out to find the exact meeting location as we are not from Tampa. We got no response. We arrived to traffic jammed in the area, we finally found a parking place and walked up at 140pm (appointment time was 130) As we are walking up the group is rolling out. We call the phone number because they never responded to text. When someone finally called back they said they were booked for the rest of the day and would let us know if someone canceled(never happened) we asked about a refund they said they don't give refunds. I asked why are you keeping payment for something they haven't provided. They said that's what they do. I also contacted Viator and the first and only thing they said was..... Nothing they can do if you cancel or show up late. Thanks Viator!!¡!!
