The tour begins at the departure time with a video and comprehensive one-on-one training with the tour guide. This tour was the highlight of our trip. Having never ridden on a Segway, our group was understandably nervous. Thankfully, the practice session made sure we were all comfortable before starting the tour. By the end, we were all riding around like veterans. Our tour guide, Aaron, was excellent and knowledgeable. His joking made the tour. Would highly recommend this to anyone, although, honestly the "ghost" part of the tour turned out to be more of an afterthought.

After a 26hour trip from Australia, none of us felt like doing this tour hours after arriving. Thank goodness we did as it was fantastic. Also it was just before Halloween so even more spooky
