The tour begins at the departure time with a video and comprehensive one-on-one training with the tour guide. The tour guides were great and the Segway was overall a fun time but the haunted ghost stories were terrible. There was only 3 stories and it was hard hearing the tour guide. The stories were not really scary or entertaining. If you are looking for haunted stories than this is probably not the right tour.

Had an amazing time with our tour guide Jeremy! He was knowledgeable and funny, and did a great job teaching us how to ride the Segways. Got to see some great landmarks!

It was a blast. We loved being out after dark to enjoy the beautiful Chicago skyline. It is so fun to use the Segways. This was our 3rd time for this tour. Each guide brings a different flair to the tour. If the temps are low, dress warmly in layers.
