The tour begins at the departure time with a video and comprehensive one-on-one training with the tour guide. The tour itself was fine! Viator screwed up the reservation, however, and the place was closed when we got there. Fortunately, there was a number and we had ALL the paperwork to validate our reservation so we called the number and the people came back, at 9 p.m., opened it up and gave us our paid-for tour. They were lovely but I can't say too much for Viator!

I was the coolest thing we did while in Chicago!! Let us explore and learn more about the city with a spooky twist. Once you practice riding the Segways at the beginning with the instructor, it becomes very easy to ride them. Great tour!!
