It was the first time we rented a slingshot to enjoy for a few hours, and we will probably do it again. But it would be nice to know in advance that one has to put a few hundred dollars down for deposit and I paid online and when I got there they said I didn’t.. in my opinion it needs to be explained very clearly what is due at signing before one gets there because I was ready to walk away the guys in the office they could definitely do a lot better job with some type of training

I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that may have caused. Totally on me, Tommy. For Viator, the $500 security deposit card hold is located on the “what’s included” area and on other sites, it is on the “exclusions” area. For individuals checking out our website and contemplating to book, the information about a card hold can be found on our FAQ’s page to help make a better decision prior to booking. Although this review doesn’t meet the standard we strive for, we wanted you to know that we have updated our booking confirmation email to include information about the hold as well. We look at this as a teaching opportunity for our staff, ownership and to potential future clients. Thank you again and we genuinely appreciate the honesty. So this rental was suggested to us from a close friend, Fang. We actually rented for 4 hours instead of 2. We picked a day that was cooler outside, so it wouldn’t be a hot ride. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner’s son. He was very professional in letting us know everything that we needed. Gave us a great tour of the vehicle that we rented. We left and had a great ride. Got back 4 hours later and left the slingshot as is. My GF and I have already talked about our next trip with the slingshot.

What a fun experience! It was so easy to rent and what made it even more amazing was the Google map provided with a whole self guided tour of fun things to do and we see along the way!
