The ride there was smooth. She showed us the celebrity houses. She told us the raccoons love doritos. So we went to the corner store by the dock and got some. And there was over 20 raccoons. She was so nice, patient and professional. We had alot of fun. Already recommended to family and friends.

We were told majority of the raccoons where recently removed from the island and no one knows what happened to them. The city possibly euthanized part of the population or someone took them. There is less then 10 on the island now and we saw 2 for a brief moment and then they ran away. Sadly, even though our captain was great, the $500 price tag for 2 hours was not worth it for our family.

Stay away from the company. I give a star for the captain as he was brilliant ,very friendly person and opened to others. More people like him would definitely help the company. In general we saw 3 maybe 4 raccoons, one close enough. We didn't mind to pay 400 USD for two hours trip but there is another additional charge of 100 usd which is hidden and its only clear when you get confirmation email. 5 minutes after receiving confirmation email and spotting additional charge I contacted customer service and requested refund which was refused as I was told it's not acceptable as the booking was made with less than 24hrs to go ....refund request was 5 minutes after I received confirmation email. If company insist that there is no refund given if booking made less than 24hrs then they should not allowed to book any trips within 24 hrs. Pure rip off. Stay away.
