Nice tour. Owner-operated by a fun guy, Mark pointed out and provided interesting history of downtown landmarks, Hollywood, greater LA area, celebrity homes. Video presentation helped explain what we were seeing. Small group was nice.

Tour guide and owner, Mark, was great from the minute he met us at Farmers Market to the end when he dropped us off and offered to email us pictures of things we had seen along the way on the trip. The entire trip in the air conditioned van was a great experience. Instead of just droning on about what we were seeing or going to see, he had some great pictures and videos that he showed on a huge screen in the van for all to see. He also had overhead aerial shots of many of the homes and buildings which was great since so many are only a wall or shrub fence that you can see from the street. Mark was also incredibly knowledgeable with tons of facts and figures about everything, LA, Hollywood, the San Fernando Valley, and Beverly Hills. We would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to see a complete tour of the area.

We were picked up right on time and escorted to a beautiful, clean and comfortable van. Our tour guide was the owner and I have absolutely no idea how he knows everything he knows. For instance, a very popular musical group in the 70's called the doors featured a shop on their album cover. He showed us that shop. He has a screen in the van that helps him convey the messages and help us remember who some of the people are that he is highlighting. He knew more about the history of buildings throughout Los Angeles, Hollywood and Beverly hills -- it was crazy! He also stopped the van a few times to get the most excellent shots of us with the Hollywood sign. We saw stars homes and then he had aerial photos of the house and the back yards. He catered to our interests. We had a short stop at Mann's Chinese Theater and I came back and told him that I was named after Debbie Reynolds. He went out of his way to add on a part of the tour to include the house of my namesake. The owner has a heart of gold. He gave a few homeless people water and told us about a selfless act he had done for an old co-worker. Mark cares and absolutely wants to be the best tour in Los Angeles. Guess what (I didn't tell him that I did the on-off tour on another trip) he IS THE BEST TOUR in Los Angeles. Don't miss this tour. It was a lot of fun! By the way, as our momento, he sent us a BUNCH of pictures, so that we will remember the fun!
