We clean our gear before and after each use. We have many styles, fur or no fur and many colors and fabric options We have long and short snowpants. We also carry plus sizes in long or short length.
We also have a wide selection of boots to fit all foot types. You will have a private fitting and can try gear on without an audience.

Not only does rental clothing package but your clothing rental comes with Aurora Chasing info, websites and locations. We help you trip plan and discuss options going on around the area. Website links, videos, how to use the equipment instruction. Etc. WE also wash and clean gear between all uses. We keep many styles and sizes on hand so you can get the perfect fit. Small to 5xl and shoe sizes up to mens 17.

I had an incredible experience with this team, especially during a recent trip to Alaska. On the day we were scheduled to be picked up, the owners had a medical emergency. Despite this, they went above and beyond to ensure that our bookings and plans weren’t affected. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything was in place, allowing us to continue our trip and view the Northern Lights as planned. Their dedication and support made our experience truly memorable, and we’re so grateful for their exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The staff in the store was extremely helpful, told us what info they needed to give us the correct clothes. They let us come in the evening before the rental started so that we could try everything on and swap as needed. When we got back from our wonderful trip to Coldfoot (where we were indeed warm enough while standing around watching the aurora for 4 nights, thanks to their clothes), we were exhausted, and they let us return the clothes the following morning. They even let us borrow some trekking poles free of charge.

These people were fantastic. The gear was terrific, and they were super nice. When we ran into a problem where the jacket got ripped, we were sure we would have to pay several hundred dollars to replace the jacket but they were super nice about the whole thing I can’t say enough wonderful things about this operation.
