AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I booked this trip for my honeymoon with my wife. On the day of the ride, I noticed that the forecast was rainy windy, the the tide was crazy. I mentioned this to the business owner, he said I had to show up to the appointment where the captain will make the call on whether or not to go. The captain is obviously being pressured by this business owner to do the ride so he gets his money. The entire ride the captain was telling me how this weather wasn’t suitable for a tour. As soon as we made it out of downtown, we hit tides that were so rough the boat was hopping up and down in the water. Water was splashing into the boat soaking us. Then afterwards it started to pour on us. We were too busy flinching the entire time to have anything resembling enjoyment. The business owner had every opportunity to: - Reschedule the trip for another day - Cancel the trip and refund it, knowing that the experience was going to be terrible for the customer. - Refund me after the fact, knowing that my experience wasn’t positive I told him multiple times throughout the day that the conditions were bad. We had been to the beach earlier and felt the winds that were 20mph with 35mph gusts. Instead, he chose to force me either to go or lose my money. Then when the inevitable happened and we got into rough waters, he gives you the generic “Weather is very unpredictable in Miami and it is something that is out of our control.” 0/5, would give negative stars if I could. Don’t listen to whatever lie he writes in his response. Book with a different company.

Mohamed I said to myself I wasn't going to reply your review for my own sake. But I think it's worst if I don't do it. For beginners I don't know why you keep mentioning the owner like I was the one who spoke to you, I never did, It was one of the ladies that work here on Customer Service just doing her job as she always does putting up with your demands and very Macho way to treat women, but she kept it professional until you crossed the line, and that's when I get involved. First of all we DO NOT Control the weather, mostly in Miami where weather is unpredictable. The wind you were talking about for that day is the normal wind speeds in Miami, between 15 to 17 mph, you are just complaining about it because at the exit of the Miami river it gets a little choppy and that makes the boat to move more, but as soon as you exit the part you are all set (you do not spend more than 1 minute in that area). We do specify that you may get wet, mostly on small boats where you are 2 ft from the water, if you didn't want to run that risk maybe a good idea was to rent a bigger one (Which we also offer) or not booking a boat at all. If i cancel, refund or reschedule anyone who goes under those conditions, I would probably need to do so with 50% of the bookings we get. If you were really that disappointed you probably should’ve tell the captain to come back when he suggested to do so after that many times you cursed on the boat and made everyone feel uncomfortable, but you did the opposite, told him to continue. So now I don't understand are you doing this to get a free ride? On the other hand I really encourage anyone who thinks like you to please please please, book with another company, do not book with us, you are completely right about that. I do not need customers like you, our customers are 95% of the time good people who comes to enjoy and have a great time, I will not say we offer a completely perfect experience, but we do the best we can and we always put our customers first no matter what, but even more than that I also put my crew and my coworkers first, and that means not getting people like you insulting and sending text messages like the one you sent Laura, asking her to S*** D*** because you got wet. Very nice from you to do that. I really hope not to cross ways with you again.
