Our driver/guide Antoine was great - lots of info, told us where to go and when. Enjoyed the airboat ride. Show was ok. Place is a bit touristy, but knew that going in so really no surprises.

We had a full day in Miami before joining our cruise ship and really wanted to make it count so we booked a morning trip to the Everglades and boy, I'm glad we did. Communications were great and we received an email the day before asking us to confirm our whereabouts, once we did that, we received an email promptly telling us what time to be outside the hotel the next day. Bang on time, Fabio turned up in a comfortable AC van, another couple joined us, and we picked up a few more people before heading to the Everglades. It's a full fun packed morning; Roger drove us around the Everglades on the airboat, there was lots of wildlife to take in as well as a few smaller alligators. John did a tutorial afterwards where we saw some huge alligators. He was very funny and made it really enjoyable. We even got a chance, to relax, have a drink, buy souvenirs and take pictures before making our way back to Miami. Thanks to Fabio for asking us if we wanted to go on a boat around Biscayne to take in the homes of the rich and famous. We did and he managed to get us tickets at a discounted price. We enjoyed it and again it was a great use of our afternoon before we went to our early dinner. I'd highly recommend this trip and would probably do it again if I ever returned to Miami

We had a great day and were picked up on time at our hotel. Our tour guide Antoine was fantastic and told us many facts and figures about the Everglades and Miami and was a genuinely nice guy. The boat tour was great and we had a really knowledgable guide and he knew all the places to find the Gators and we spotted 4! The tour was before the big crowds hit from the cruise ships and we also got an hour on the boat rather than 30 minutes like most other operators offer. I'd highly recommend this tour.
