The Everglades part is very nice and informative and our Guide Dylan was great. However, when you return for the alligator show its a different story. Poor animals supposedly rescued held in small area and man handled for entertainment. Then a photo with a baby alligator with its mouth taped - refused to participate. The other animals have inadequate housing and look poorly. Expected better would not repeat nor recommend. Three stars is wholly for the everglade tour itself.

We are happy you liked the Everglades part. At the same time it is very important to know that the alligators held for the educational presentation are on the contrary the lucky ones. These animals were rescues from the wild for different reasons. And they would not survive if they were left in the wild. Their fate would be just facing the death. We can assure that is paramount, for the people at the park, to take very good care of them. As for the baby alligator , they rotate them every week, so to minimize their stress. We always tell at front these notions to our clients to avoid any misunderstanding. All the people running the park are sturdy nature lovers , and we are greatly proud for taking our clients to discover this wonderful place.

Punctual pick up from accommodation, Antoine, our driver gave us some background info about the Everglades on the way to the park which was interesting. Bus was very comfortable with AC. He ensured everyone knew where to go to get the boat. We saw 2 alligators on our boat trip though there is no guarantee that you will see any! Our boat operator was also informative and entertaining. Such a fascinating experience! There is also a ‘show’ with a ‘gator boy’ and rescued alligators. Not sure if they stay in the enclosure as it wasn’t overly large?! The show itself was entertaining as well as educational. Overall, we had a great time on the tour.

What a great tour, we actually saw two alligators too. The whole place is very professionally run. We also want to give our driver a high five. He was THE BEST. Thank you for a wonderful time and we’d happily recommend to others.
