We had a private tour with our guide Annabel and she was great. The experience was great as she approached it as a conversation with us and not just spilling out details. Since it was just the my husband and I on the tour she asked us how we wanted to do the tour and if there were specific buildings or details we would like to see and know. Annabel’s friendship with several of employees at the buildings we entered gave us access to information and details that several people would not get if they did not have Annabel as a guide. We had a great time and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone who loves architecture and history.

Annabel was engaging and informative, with a vast knowledge of NYC architectural history and stories. Throughout the rest of the day we commented on how much we learned and the things we’d have never seen on our own. The pace and the variety of topics suited us well.

Annabel Alafriz was an amazing tour guide of the architectural history of midtown Manhattan! She was a Very knowledgeable local guide that shared the history of the different styles of architecture in the city from late 1800's to present. We thoroughly enjoyed having her as our guide and we had great discussions with her. And her willingness to be out on a cold winter morning and giving us opportunities to warm up inside buildings was a bonus!
