Perched 94 stories above the Windy City, the 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers, including Willis (Sears) Tower. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!

Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

I enjoyed the time that I was there, but based on the information I received Viator I thought there would be much more to see. It stated that the tour would take from 1 to 4 hours. I was there for about 2 hours and the only reason was because I wanted to photograph the city after the sun had gone completely down. If you wanted something to eat there was supposed to be food at the bar, there was only snack and pre-made sandwiches in a refrigerated area. NOTHING scary about the tilt!

Everything was poorly organised. Signs lacking everywhere from street level and all the Way through the experience. Good views of the city but nothing special apart from the tilt. Just came from visiting Prudential in Boston. So much more on offer there at the same price

My advice is to check the weather. Maybe don't buy I'm advance. The place itself was fine. Just mother nature. We still took great pictures using the reflective ceiling
