Perched 94 stories above the Windy City, the 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers, including Willis (Sears) Tower. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip!

Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8.

Absolute nightmare!!!! First of all the bait n switch in pricing was unacceptable!!!! I bought every image AND the video (that I never got) and was still not allowed to video (and my recorder was absolutely able to be strapped to the post leaving my hands free for safety purposes.) then to not provide bags in the gift store so you could strong arm us in buying your bags was rediculous. I will never return

Great views from 94 Floor of Chicago & Lake Michigan. Pre-booked & when we arrived the ground floor staff were great & advised limited visibility & we could rebook another time - we decided to just try our luck & the viability was good once we got up there. TILT was included in our ticket wasn't what we expected - should have booked without - staff at the TILT & up the top were not the best just unhelpful & we felt we were interrupting there day! The views & no Lines made it a good activity to do.

No problem with queuing, having booked time slot. Not very busy. Very expensive - $45 each (including $9 for TILT) The tilt was ok but not really worth the extra. Even my wife, who doesn't do thrill rides, was very calm throughout. We were lucky as weather was fine and sunny. However, I'd check forecast before booking. You may see little on a cloudy day.
