360 CHICAGO Observation Deck sits 1,000 feet over Chicago’s legendary Michigan Avenue. Located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan (formerly the John Hancock Center), 360 CHICAGO gives you the opportunity to experience what 'Travel & Leisure Magazine' voted one of the best views in America.

360 CHICAGO’s concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Explore Chicago beyond downtown after watching a short documentary titled 3 of 77 featuring an immersive view of three Chicago neighborhoods.

While taking in the views enjoy a beverage from the newly renovated CloudBar. Serving up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett’s popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails with local brewery, Moody Tongue on tap. Guests receive one beverage from the Sip Menu with their ticket.

Entry located at the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan Ave.

Guests may skip the ticket desk and immediately enter the security line. This ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass Lane to the elevators.

Please do not discard ticket after scanning for entry. The QR code is needed to redeem for sip option.

In cases of low visibility or inclement weather 360 CHICAGO is nonrefundable, however you may reschedule for up to 1 year. If you would like to reschedule please do so prior to scanning the ticket. Once the ticket is scanned 360 CHICAGO can no longer reschedule the visit.

Do this at night time for fantastic views of the city. Wouldn't waste my money on the tilt or the drinks option in my opinion.

Amazing to view Chicago site. Make reservation early can be crowded. The lilt best to get ticket early since its a new experience. Wish we did, day we went it was raining.

Very fun trip. Great views. Perfect day to see the city from the top. The drink imc with the ticket was a hit. Margarita with Tajin on the rim. Will definitely go again.
