360 CHICAGO Observation Deck sits 1,000 feet over Chicago’s legendary Michigan Avenue. Located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan (formerly the John Hancock Center), 360 CHICAGO gives you the opportunity to experience what 'Travel & Leisure Magazine' voted one of the best views in America.

360 CHICAGO’s concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Explore Chicago beyond downtown after watching a short documentary titled 3 of 77 featuring an immersive view of three Chicago neighborhoods.

While taking in the views enjoy a beverage from the newly renovated CloudBar. Serving up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett’s popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails with local brewery, Moody Tongue on tap. Guests receive one beverage from the Sip Menu with their ticket.

Entry located at the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan Ave.

Guests may skip the ticket desk and immediately enter the security line. This ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass Lane to the elevators.

Please do not discard ticket after scanning for entry. The QR code is needed to redeem for sip option.

In cases of low visibility or inclement weather 360 CHICAGO is nonrefundable, however you may reschedule for up to 1 year. If you would like to reschedule please do so prior to scanning the ticket. Once the ticket is scanned 360 CHICAGO can no longer reschedule the visit.

The view of Chicago from the 97th floor was so beautiful ! I mean absolutely stunning !! The cloud bar drinks was amazing as well . Very nice environment and employees .

The experience was nice! I don’t think worth the price. Bought ticket before going and still had to wait in line 30+ mins. Cloud bar drink was good and strong, beer was fresh!

This was a great package to do as it just added an extra touch to the evening. I would recommend arriving one hour before sunset so that you have time to absorb fuse from all angles as well as get a good spot as soon as sunset hits the swarms of people congregate towards the windows. I also did the tilt at nightfall which was beautiful to capture the City skyline at night- As well to add that as an extra. The cloud bar Gets very busy around six 7 pm however as soon as it’s completely dark, I noticed that the crowd started calm down and he was able to get a seat by the window for city views.
