We really enjoyed our ride. We had a minor problem while out on the trip. The problem was quickly solved with a phone call. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I rented 2 seat RZR while his brother rented single seat one for the 4hr tour. We are all in our 40s and pretty fit. Check-in pretty straightforward but surprised we had to ask for googles. Our helmets and googles were pretty worn but good enough. About 1/2 of total tour time on actual off road trails. Note-15mph is limit on off road trails but no posted signage on actual trail and easier to get going much faster in some places. My brother-in-law tipped his ATV about 1 hour into tour as he turned into turn-out area too fast. Crew took over an hour to tow him out and that was his day. He was not offered another vehicle or reduced hour tour. He was quoted about $1000 in damages for new scratches on the vehicle. My husband and I finished the tour. Even while waiting at crash scene for about 15 minutes and stopping at ruins for about 20 minutes, we finished tour in 3.5hr. My husband would tell you the off road trail driving was awesome. I also found it fun but too long and headache producing. Of note, all masking requirements listed on website no longer active at the time of our visit.

Great machines, very organized, very helpful maps and gps units. Would highly recommend and would use again!!! Took ours out for 4 hours, it was a blast !!!
