We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was very helpful, informative and nice. The facility was clean, organized and efficient. Mother nature wasn't as good.... it was pretty windy on the water, so we had to work at the kayaking. We saw at least 12 manatee, so it was all worth it. The River was busy, but it was spring break.

We are so glad you still thought it was worth it even with Mother Nature not cooperating with us on specific days. It is always nice to hear our customers had a great time and accomplished what they wanted to do, which is to see some manatees :) Please come back and visit with us again soon and let's see if we can get the weather to cooperate next time. We rented single kayaks for a 2 hour trip to see manatees. The kayaks were clean and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The weather was a bit too warm for the manatees to hang out in the shallows, so we didn't see any manatees. But it was a nice time on the water.

We are very happy that you had a great time and you are correct with the manatee counts. When it is warmer there are fewer manatees in the area to see. Hopefully next time we can earn a 5-star review instead of a 4-star review. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon :)

My 3 friends and I just came back from our day on the Crystal Springs River facilitated by Paddles. All I can say is the service is top notch, the people are above and beyond incredible, friendly and customer service oriented and the experience was phenomenal. We saw manatees, dolphins, a gazillion birds, and had the time of our lives. If you're considering this experience, you will not go wrong with Paddles. Check in was a breeze, they brought us to the kayaks and pushed us out in the water without even getting OUR feet wet. We had a detailed map, knew where to go and felt 100% comfortable. Our efforts were rewarded and we have memories for a lifetime. Thank you Paddles!!
