Unfortunately this tour did not meet our expectations! Our driver never showed up and we were left waiting for over an hour. We tried to contact our driver who did not answer. Finally another driver picked us up after we walked to a different location and took us for a short tour. It was awful! Definitely not we paid for, which was a private tour. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We got scammed!! Our ride never showed up. We asked every driver around, NO ONE had a reservation for us and NO ONE did 50 minute rides. There was no phone number or name provided, so we could not make contact. Viator was the only number that texted us and of course we could not call them. We lost $200 and had to pay for a 20 minute ride on site. I was provided a bar code from Viator and every driver said we do not scan those.
