We showed up for our booking and no one from the company showed up. We called and were told to contact the vendor which we did. He said that Viator wasn’t supposed to book anyone that day and that we would be refunded. That was on September 3rd. It’s now the 30th and we have not received our refund. I emailed over a week ago and no response. Now I’m out $500 because they didn’t follow through and won’t reply. I would really like my money back being that we waited a half hour before we decided to call Viator. This was the operators fault, not ours. Do not recommend.
