I booked same day and then was told I couldn’t cancel because I hadn’t given 4 days notice which was impossible since I just booked that day. No other option but to take another tour two hours later than originally scheduled which didn’t fit in my schedule. Was 10 minutes late due to Chicago traffic and called and was told there was nothing they could do

I rate this as a must do while in Chicago. The history lesson was fantastic and the views are amazing and unavailable anywhere else in the city
