It was a great tour. I have to admit that I didn't expect to learn as much as I did about the city and the Martin Luther King area was a particularly unexpected highlight, especially as it was the anniversary of his death. Unless you have a car, it takes you to areas of Atlanta that you're unlikely to see otherwise. There was some information about US sports that didn't mean much to us as Brits, but the guide made it interesting enough not to be an issue. There was no particular explanation of why we were on a trolley bus, but I forgot to ask and I'm sure that the knowledgable guide would have talked about it if I had. Both guide and driver were very friendly -- which, in my experience of Atlanta -- is not a given!
