Tour Guide seemed like he would be great.... BUT.... about 30 minutes into the tour one of the attendees fell to ground and "fainted." After someone in the group called an ambulance, our tour guide called his company who asked him to cancel our tour - no back up plan - no help - no nothing. This was hugely disappointing for us as we were only on Savannah that night and we looked very hard to find the best ghost tour and we thought this would be it. We were all very surprised and disappointed by the unprofessional response of the tour company. Not well managed at all. :(

We are sorry someone passed out during the tour which led us to cancel the remainder or the tour. It is never an easy decision for us to cancel a tour, but in some emergency situations it is more important to take a financial loss and put people's needs first. We are very thankful there were people attending who were so quick to offer to help our tour guide attend to the situation. The guide handled this situation professionally and compassionately and in this case it was determined it would be best for him to remain with the out of town guests while they waited for EMS to arrive. As far as remaining professional and having poor management, we immediately refunded everyone who attended and welcomed them to join us for another tour. Outside of that, we would not want to leave anyone behind on the ground waiting for help, especially in a city they are unfamiliar with. If it had been someone in your group, we would have offered to do the same. We are glad to at least hear you enjoyed the first half of the tour and hope you had a safe trip home!

Our guide, Tyler, was incredible! So much energy and physicality in a way that made you really feel the story, and so knowledgeable! He really painted a picture of the darker sides of Savannah's history in a way that was entertaining and informative, all from older history to the more recent scandals and urban legends. A must visit for anyone interested in the dark and spooky!
