Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a ticket with instructions and a unique code listed under “Before You Go”. Then simply install the VoiceMap app and enter your code.

The guided tour could not be used as i was driving from Angels camp to Jackson. Waste of money! Make sure you start at Jackson!

You have lifetime access to this tour, so I do hope you get to use it if ever you drive in the other direction. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. It started out GREAT!!! But sometime midway, it went silent with no mapping. We didn’t have the slightest idea where we were and had to use Waze to get us back to our motel. I’ll be calling to complain and ask for a refund. I had read in another review by an iPhone user that the same occurred with them. Maybe that’s the problem… If they don’t refund, I’m going to be PISSED!!!
