My first luau and was an absolute blast! My wife and I came for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect start to our week!

The food was excellent. Seating was socially distant and very comfortable. This is my second one here. Highly recommend.

This was not the best experience. First after paying a hefty fee they nickel and dime you and charge you for parking. Why not just add the fee to the price? Second after a rushed entrance where you are reminded of the rules more then welcomed to a Luau, you get to a bar which serves very very lackluster beverages. Pre made, too sweet mai thais and cocktails are made with well liquor. My server was outright hostile. At one point he seen us up at the bar and told us he he would not be coming to our table any more because we didn't ask him for the drink. Maybe that was because he wasn't coming to the table. The food was just not good. Felt like it was catered. The fish was small little rubbery bits that I would swear were pre-frozen. The pork was OK but there was very little else to choose from and what was there was mediocre at best. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the performance and music were great. Its sad that the performers work so hard to put on a good show but the staff, food and service are simply bad. I've been to other Luas and for the price the food, drink and service need drastic improvements to make this worth it.

Thank you for providing your feedback of our luau. We are very sorry to read that service was lacking during your dinner and that this took away from your overall experience. Parking fees are not included in the pricing due to the shared lot with resort guests. We are under strict protocols in place by the government to ensure all staff and guests are safe. Therefore we review mask rules on site. We do hope to return to normal procedure soon. We are sorry to read that the drinks and food were not to your tastes and satisfaction. We will share your feedback with our staff to improve our dining experience. We hope that you have a wonderful time in Kona and will give us the chance to welcome you back again.
