Overall my wife, four month old and I enjoyed the Luau. The food was very tasty and a good selection. It didn't take very long to get the entire crowd through as they had four buffet lines. Each guest was required to sanitize their hands before self serving. The performers did a great job. We would have liked a bit more live music in some of the gaps. We thought it was great value overall, including the $5 parking fee. We did buy two photos for $20 each and would suggest they offer a bulk deal special, such as $20 each or 2 for $30 or 3 for $50.
They had all the guests distanced on their own table, and we had room for our stroller. The only complaint is the variance of the times for the show vs what was described and emailed. It was listed as a 3 hour package from 5-8. The bar and even the non alcoholic drinks such as coffee were removed around 6 or so. The show completed by 7:15.
They do say times could vary based on weather or season, but nothing was conveyed to us that the show would wrap almost an hour early and last call for any drinks about an hour an a half after being seated.
The bartender was friendly, but the server in our section was not. He never spoke to us or offered to get any drinks. Never removed any dishes or cups. We left him a very small gratuity for having to clean our table upon the conclusion of the show, and he appears upset that is wasn't more. In hindsight, we should have left him zero for the level of service he provided. Other hosts and attendants were friendly and provided a good experience, so this person seemed out of their level of service. Dancing and fire show were both great, and setting with the sunset was beautiful.
