Great time on the trails. Beautiful steep snow-topped peaks, mountain lakes. My partner especially loved the salmon snack they gave out. I'm vegetarian and they gave me a locally made chocolate bar, which was very special

I took the family on this hike during our Cruise ship stop in Sitka. After a guided car ride through town we made it up into the mountains to a beautiful secluded lake where we began the hike. We loved learning all about Sitka, its history and nature. The hike was a few hours long, but it was a great opportunity for me and my family to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. Not to mention our guide Andrew was super engaging and helpful.
