My husband and I (mid 60’s) decided to take a chance on this water park even though recent reviews weren’t too favorable. Seems like all water parks in central Florida have some problems. The price for admission was good at $44.99 online. Parking at $30 similar to other parks I have visited. Lockers at $25 ridiculous but we didn’t take anything valuable in beside a credit card. No problem finding a shaded spot. Crowds not too bad. Saw a lot of school groups but didn’t wait long in line. All but two slides were open. Good choices for food with prices similar to other venues. We split a chicken tender meal which was enough for two at $16.99. Soda $5 average price. Very clean. I would visit again. We had a lot of fun.

2 slides open and 1 pool on May 2nd. Disappointing on our last day in Florida left to find something else to do. We we not informed by park staff. Thankfully another customer who was trying to get a refund warned us to save our money. Wait for the park to open fully. To Thr park management - post what IS open on your website.

Unfortunately, despite annual maintenance and daily operating inspections, our slides and pools can experience technical difficulties, just as any other mechanical device. In most cases, we are able to re-open attractions quickly. That was our hope on the date you visited, and we sincerely apologize that we were not able to meet these expectations we strive to exceed. What a disappointment and incredible waste of money. Half the water slides were not open and even the wave pool had no waves the day we visited. I feel completely conned for the price of entry. Also the food was terrible and over priced….you expect over priced at a theme park/attraction but this was ridiculous. My boys bought (over priced) churros with chocolate sauce and it was only after they’d paid the money (full price) and been given the churros they were told, “We have no chocolate sauce”. By then they had paid and were holding the churro so no chance to order something else/save their money. Nearly every trash bin had the door just swinging open not locked closed….it’s the little things that show no care or effort. Clearly poor management, no attention to detail or customer service. A complete rip off and waste of money. Spend your money elsewhere.
