The good: The park is huge. You have two yellows, two greens, blues, and blacks. Yellow being the into then difficulty goes up from there (even though I didn't notice much difference between yellow and green). Our kids are 8 and 10yrs old they had no problem with either course. Have to be older than 11 to go to the blues and blacks. We could see those courses and I am certain our kids wouldn't of had any problem but it is what it is. Make sure to check the age chart before buying your over $50/person tickets! Despite not seeing half the course we still had fun and it was a full 3yrs to complete both yellows and greens. The not so good: SAFETY. We were barely instructed on how to put on our harnesses. They're not hard to figure out and I'm familiar with harnesses anyway through my company. So I helped my wife and kids with theirs while the staff was doing whatever. The troubling observation is that after our harnesses were on she asked us "you good?" NEVER physically checked to make sure they were on properly. Very disappointed in that since they're the only means of preventing injury or death if you fall.

Bristrol Mountian Arial Adventure Park is great! This review is for the purchase of tickets from the online store. I've tried to purchase 4 of the Black Friday tickets for my brothers family for Christmas, but it's impossible. The reason for this is that you cant just pay for the tickets. The web site needs all of the guests information and then a password that they create. Why? what is the purpose of this. I ran into this same problem last year when purchasing tickets. It was a huge inconvenience for my brother to have to change all that info before his family was allowed to enter. Last year I left a message with Bristol but no one got back to me, so now I have to write this review to see if someone will listen.How much revinue do you think you've lost with your broken system? I'll bet it's a lot.. At this point I'm going to forget about 4 tickets and just get them tickets to another adventure place. Fix your web site! go to the Treetop Adventures web site to see how it's done.
