We bring together basic astronomy and the ancient navigation traditions of the indigenous peoples of Arizona with an opportunity to also see what kind of nighttime creatures and activity we can find. We can also bring some desert creatures for a fun learning experience. You will also learn about the plants and animals of this unique ecosystem.

David made this dessert visit exceptional. From being picked epic at our hotel to the gorgeous sunset and night sky. His style is so comfortable. He is so knowledgeable and really works to make sure one have a great time. His box a treasures is an added treat. Would go again !

David took us on the desert sunset and star gazing trip. It was a highlight of our week in Arizona. He is so knowledgeable about the state, its history, the geology and ecology of the state, and astronomy. Our kids loved it - seeing a king snake and a tarantula and seeing so many stars! We were scheduled for the night before but it was cloudy. Rather than take our money and say “sorry there are no stars,” David rescheduled us and we lucked out with great clear skies. He was really interesting and we learned a lot. Our 11yo said it was the highlight of her trip. Highly recommend!
