Our guide was very knowledgable about all the history of the st Augustine sites. Had a few photos and evp’s for us to look at. Not overly scary so it’s suitable for younger kids but still a good spooky vibe.

Very informative and historical, but also creepy and gave me chills. It wasn’t over the top at all like some of the other tours I’ve seen and Eric the tour guide put accurate information ahead of all the crazy urban legends. The evidence presented was compelling and the stories were extremely interesting. I would definitely take this tour again!

We had a great time. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided evp and etc on findings. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area to do this tour. We will bring the kids next time we are in the area for the same tour.
