Always a fun time! Great crew, sunshine, fishies, turtles and new people to meet! I’ve never been disappointed with Sea Maui!

We had used Sea Maui in years prior and loved our experience with them. This year, the crew on the boat just didn't seem to have the same enthusiasm. It's evident that a lot of local Maui residents are over tourists. This was very much felt by the crew on the boat. It didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The captain even seemed irritated by his staff. It didn't create a very fun atmostphere and then they expected tips. The food/drinks on board were good. My husband wasn't ever offered a drink though once the bar opened. The snorkeling area they took us to was fantastic.... but we could have driven there ourselves. They also allowed way too many people on the excursion. There weren't enough places to sit and it was so crowded. The crew didn't lay out any rules, but were quick to correct you or your kid sat in the wrong place. Next time, I think we'll find another company or just try to snorkel off the beach ourselves. It's not fun to spend hundreds of dollars, tip on top of it and feel like you're an irritation.

We would definitely like to make things right, and also see which crew was working that day to find out what all the grumpiness was about. Everyone has their bad days but that should never come across to the guests on board and we are so very sorry that it did. We do have a premium snorkel trip on our larger vessel that would be less crowded, maybe we can get you out on that trip if you’re still in town? Or next time you visit. Mahalo Nui Loa!
