My ride never came. I called office they could not get in touch with driver. Telephone rep initially said my money was none refundable. After several calls they agreed to refund me.

Driver tried to change another $100 we it was a set price and then was rude and told us to get out of the car. And to never use his firm again leave it with you as to how you promote this terrible customer service

I used Go Airlink NYC as the airport shuttle service and they were spot on. Excellent pricing. The driver was waiting upon our arrival. Departing from the hotel, the driver got delayed in traffic and called to apologize. Professional and courteous.
